Hikers we were eleven
Who hiked up to seventh heaven.
It's there on Flat Top's top,
And it's where we made our stop
To eat snacks that we'd been cravin'.
And we chatted with one another,
Noting that, up one side and down the other,
The four and a half miles of trail
(No problem since we're so hale)
Is clearly worth the bother.
